• On the beach or during your outdoor activities, consider equipping yourself with a T-shirt, sunglasses and hat.
• Apply sun protection to your skin, and application needs to be renewed every 2 hours and after swimming. In Summer, even cloudy sky lets ultraviolet light through, so don't forget your sunscreen!
• Hydrate yourself! Also remember to moisturize your skin regularly after exposure.
• Expose yourself to the sun gradually for a lasting and safe tan.
